- A USB drive with at least 4 GB capacity.
- The latest Dantro Linux Desktop ISO.
- A backup of any important files on the computer before installing.

- The release metadata is available at `https://update.dantro.com/releases/desktop/stable/latest.json`.
- If a browser warns about a large file, allow the download to finish before writing the USB drive.
Create USB Installer
- On Windows, use Rufus or balenaEtcher and select the Dantro ISO file.
- On macOS, use balenaEtcher and select the Dantro ISO file.
- On Linux, use GNOME Disks, KDE ISO Image Writer, balenaEtcher, or another ISO writer.
- Writing the ISO erases the USB drive.
