How clips reach the website

  1. CCTV records locally on the Dantro machine.
  2. Motion clips stop after 10 seconds at most.
  3. One clip is exported every 2 minutes; skipped clips remain local.
  4. Exported clips are copied with `.webm` video, `.png` thumbnails, and metadata into this website folder.
  5. The website reads `data/cctv-recordings.json` and shows the gallery.
  6. Optional FTP settings upload the folder to `update.dantro.com/cctv/` or another private website path.
